The workers were very very helpful and absolutely friendly. This hotel had a remote position in the hills or down the coast to Elafonisi. And it was also near to the sea, the bay of Falasarna and Falassarna beach and sunset.

Location: the hotel was really close to GOOD restaurant very close, and a very fine Taverna close by. A few times I ate at Mathios Taverna, located at walking distance from the property.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, with a terrace that provided a perfect spot to take in the beauty of the surroundings. the pool was a great addition and offered a refreshing break from the beach. the rooms were clean, well-designed, and had comfortable beds that allowed for a good night's sleep.
There were a few drawbacks to consider. for those who prefer more luxury and less simplicity, this hotel may not be the best choice.

I recently stayed at Elia in Falasarna for 5 nights and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of the beach and stunning sunsets. The owner, Andreas, was incredibly friendly and helpful, even going so far as to assist us with navigating the steep entrance road. The apartments were clean and comfortable, with a small kitchen and a fridge for convenience. The daily cleaning service ensured that everything was fresh and tidy. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options, and the pool was a great way to cool off in the hot weather. Elia felt like a home away from home and I can recommend this hotel.
I can recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Elia in Kavousi were cozy and homely, with a comfortable sofa and well-equipped kitchenette. It felt like a home away from home for us.
Personally, I found the electric kettle provided in the apartment to be a bit outdated, but others might still find it useful.

The location of the apartments was absolutely amazing - right on the main road to Falasarna beach, which was mind-blowing for us. The apartments were cleaned daily and the sheets and towels were changed every three days, which was super convenient. Our room, number one, was incredibly clean and comfy for sleeping. The bed and pillows were top-notch, providing us with a jaw-dropping level of comfort. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a small kitchen that we personally didn't use. The small fridge in the room was convenient, although it could only hold two large bottles. We were pleasantly surprised by the absence of a TV in our room, as we were seeking a relaxing getaway. The view from our room overlooking the Falasarna area was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. Speaking of which, the sunrise from the room was equally stunning. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and more than enough for one person. There were various options to choose from, including a sweet version with butter and jam, or a vegetable omelette, or Dacos, a local Cretan delicacy. All versions of breakfast came with a flavorful coffee and orange juice, homemade cake that was simply delicious, and a refreshing Greek yogurt mixed with fruits. The owner, Andreas, was a true gem - a great guy, very welcoming, kind. On the day of our arrival, when I was exhausted, he went above and beyond by driving us up the steep entrance road to the apartments. He even showed me how to navigate the road myself for future trips. It worked like a charm. we felt at home at these apartments. They are run by a lovely family, and their dedication and effort made the experience even more special. It's the perfect place to escape from the daily noise, unwind, and embrace the simple pleasures in life. We will definitely be returning for another incredible experience.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, nestled in the hills above the coastal plain with beautiful views of the countryside and beaches at Falasarna. It is also conveniently close to some lovely restaurants and a taverna for dinner. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated in a modern design. the service provided by the staff is friendly and accommodating. the breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the beaches and mountains is a delightful way to start the day.
One negative aspect is that the shower fittings in some of the rooms need better maintenance, with signs of mildew caused by leaking.

Lovely accommodation with free WiFi and air conditioning. The garden terrace was a delightful place to relax. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the à la carte choices.
Oh dear, no hairdryer in the room. How inconvenient!
